QAR has learned that often strategic alliances enhance our capabilities and thus increase the value we can deliver to clients. This provides several benefits that are essential to provide the full service lines that some clients often mandate, and more importantely, ensures that professional, talented personnel are assigned to extremely large projects that are sometimes cumbersome to staff. – Develop and use electronic reporting and invoicing procedures

Optimize communication, efficiency and quality
– For each project, assign a project team and their positions, define the line of communication, reporting procedures, problem escalation procedures, etc.
– Attend appropriate meetings to learn partners’ goals and requirements
– Provide input on contractor and subcontractor qualifications, procedures and performance
