EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
QAR purposes to encourage employees to develop their professional skills because in today’s competitive world, we must continually improve ourselves to stay on the leading edge in the market place. Therefore, QAR provides internal and external opportunities for our employees to advance their career. This helps to empower our staff to reach their full potential of their desires. To facilitate some of QAR’s efforts to attain this purpose, internal training conducted by in-house subject experts is concentrated in the following topics:

- Character and Integrity
- Developing People Skills
- Basic Presentation Skills
In order to ensure quality service to our clients, some of the internal programs are required for employees to advance into higher-level positions. Specific technical training is also provided to keep our associates up-to-date in the various service lines that QAR provides.
In addition to internal training, employees may also attend external training programs to further enhance their skills and knowledge. Employees are asked to work closely with their supervisors to determine which courses will be of greatest benefit to both the employee, QAR, and our clients.
QAR also supports employee development through the Tuition Reimbursement Program. Many of our employees take advantage of this program and participate in college courses to learn new subjects or to complete undergraduate or graduate degrees. Once again, at QAR – we purpose for each individual to become all that they desire to be!
